Puddle Ducks celebrates seventh year of satisfaction

Puddle Ducks has been awarded a franchisee satisfaction award for the seventh consecutive year from a leading employee engagement company.

Swimming franchise Puddle Ducks has once again been awarded the WorkBuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction award, showing that its franchisees are thriving and happy. It was also the seventh year in a row that it has picked up the award, making it only the second franchise in the UK to achieve the incredible feat.

The franchisee satisfaction survey is carried out every single year by WorkBuzz, who specialise in finding out how happy and engaged people are within a business. The awards are then given out solely based on franchisees’ feedback, which asks them to rate their franchisee experience and the support they get from their franchisor anonymously to encourage complete honesty. Puddle Ducks achieved an overall satisfaction score of an incredible 92 percent, entitling it to that coveted 5-star award.

Co-founders Jo Stone and Tracy Townsend expressed their delight that Puddle Ducks had managed to bag the award yet again.

Jo commented:

Tracy echoed Jo’s comments, adding:
