Local Eats provides you the opportunity to run your own online food ordering business from just a £6,000 investment.

What is great about Local Eats is that the model is proven - we have been there and done it already and have multiple Local Eats licensees who are earned in excess of £70,000 in just their first year in order-commission alone!

As part of your licence you are provided everything you need to be up and running within 10 days:

  • Your custom-branded apps
  • your website
  • your own support team
  • your own admin team
  • all contracts between you and your restaurants
  • and direct access to our marketing resources that have proven time and time again to be so successful.

All you are left to do is sign up those restaurants and in the current climate it’s never been easier to grab a slice of the fastest growing pie in the UK!

Local Eats' history

Rapid growth

Launched in 2018 in just one area of Cumbria, Local Eats has rapidly grown to a number of successful franchises across the North West.

Through vastly expanding its support team in 2020 Local Eats are now in the position to re-open their franchise package to entrepreneurs across the UK with some outstanding opportunities already identified.

After just six-months of trading in 2018 Local Eats realised the potential that their model had and through continuous investment in their technology and constant refining of their business strategy they have quickly been able to quickly establish franchises in major cities and grown their market-share week on week.

Limited amount of licences left

Due to the high level of support provided to each licensee, Local Eats do not offer an unlimited amount of licences, so if you are interested in running your own online food ordering business and making up to £70,000 in your first year, we’d advise that you register your interest quickly!

Case studies

The Success Story - Barrow Eats

Barrow was the first area in the UK with a Local Eats licence and Barrow Eats is now the market-leader in that area for all takeaway sales...

Owners Sam & Scott said:

“We knew Local Eats had next-generation technology, we believed totally in the concept and we knew the pricing they advised undercut market leaders, but the question was could we attract the custom?

Nearly three years down the line it seems ridiculous we ever doubted it. Takeaways quickly ditched national chains due to our lower commission levels. This gave us so many exclusive offerings and this meant customers transitioned over to us too as they love to support local businesses, keep money in their local area and take advantage of the discounts and promotions that takeaways could afford to run due to the savings they made.

We’re now the market-leaders in our area processing over 400,000 orders each year.”

Morecambe Eats

Morecambe Eats were one of our first licensees back in 2019 and owner Oliver shares the story behind his success here with us all…

Owner Oliver said:

“As someone who had never marketed online or been a salesman before I was nervous I wouldn’t have the skillset to make a success of the business but the technology and model sells itself. We beat all the market leaders on price and technology so signing takeaways and restaurants is easy and locals love getting behind a local business that gives back to their area.

The support Local Eats have given me with the marketing has been invaluable too, having ran their own area they know what works on social media and have tried and tested marketing techniques and resources that I was able to adapt and use to drive my sales.”
