After a number of successful years in London, Bubbleology, has branched out to Bristol.
A new Bubbleology café has just opened in Bristol. Serving Asian tea in a fruity or milky form, this popular brand is hoping to replicate the huge success it has had in its numerous London franchises.
Situated in the popular Clifton area of Bristol, this new café is perfectly placed to capture footfall from people who work in the city, as well as the many students who live in the area.
Bristol residents can expect to choose from a handful of fruity flavours, including lychee, mango, apple, and numerous milk varieties, such as jasmine, coconut, chocolate and rose milk. The milky options can be served either hot or cold. All the drinks also come with tapioca balls at the bottom, which can be sucked up through a large straw. Then to complete the treat, there are a range of toppings to choose from.
More recently, Bubbleology has created coffee varieties, and customers can ask for skinny versions of all the drinks to save on calories.
The outlets in Soho and Leeds also sell cocktails, such as Pina Colada, Soho Sling, Raspberry Mar-tea-ni and Passion in Paradise that are made using various spirits and liqueurs, but Bristol the Bristol café will not be serving these drinks yet.
Bubble tea is a very popular drink in Asia, and it has also become a fashionable beverage in the US and Europe. Bubbleology is particularly popular with its creative flavours, strong branding and social media following.
Nadia Ali, Bubbleology’s head of marketing explains why, “as well as leading on bubble tea innovation in bringing molecular mixology to our fan base, our drinks are presented to be Instagram-worthy”.
These snap-able drinks act like soft versions of cocktails for the day time, giving people a treat they can proudly share on social media.
Founded in 2011 in Soho, London, Bubbleology has grown rapidly over the past few years. It now has franchises across Europe, the Middle East and the US. The new café in Bristol joins 12 UK outlets, including a number across London, one in Kent and one in Leeds.
