Revive! gathered together all its franchisees and technicians to celebrate a fantastic year for the business.
The 16th annual conference took place in St James Park, Newcastle, and involved speeches and the presentation of prizes to those who had performed well in 2019. The board directors were able to report statistics showing it’s been an excellent year for the car franchise. As a result, it’s on track to meet its target £20 million turnover by the end of 2020.
In 2019, Revive! saw a 10 percent increase in sales and a 40 percent rise in national account business. It also welcomed two new franchisees to the network and successfully oversaw the largest territory resale in the business’ history. What’s more, 98 percent of Revive!’s Trustpilot reviews were four or five-star ratings, and the company was given a Gold award after its 2019 IPP re-assessment.
Revive! also had cause to celebrate many of its team members. Franchise Director Cathryn Hayes was labelled one of 2019’s most influential women in franchising, while Joint Managing Director Terry Mullen made the Auto Body Professionals Club’s 40 Women of Influence.
Managing Director Mark Llewellyn said:
“I’m delighted to report another record year at Revive!, with multiple records smashed … Growth has been a key focus for Revive! and even under challenging economic times I am delighted to have seen that the reputation of quality in both workmanship and customer service have enabled the Revive! network to experience another outstanding year in 2019.”
Llewellyn also announced the company’s next big goal; doubling revenue to reach £40 million by 2025.
During the conference, Revive! handed out some awards of its own, from ‘Franchisee of the Year’ and ‘Technician of the Year’ to ‘Players’ Player of the Year’. 19 ‘Best Month’ prizes were also dished out to franchisees who had performed particularly well. To round off the day, BTCC racing driver Andrew Jordan hosted an interesting question and answer session. But the event wasn’t just for the benefit of the Revive! team; it also raised £1,300 for the Motor Neurone Disease Society.
