Operating in the rapidly growing SMART (which stands for Small and Medium Auto Repair Technique) sector, our franchise owners provide a vital service, repairing damage to car and van paintwork, including bumper scuffs, bonnet chips and the refurbishment of alloy wheels.
As a Revive! Franchisee, you will provide this repair service from one or more vans, fitted out to a very high standard, providing you and in due course your employees, with a state of the art mobile workshop.

The market for SMART repairs is substantial.

More than 50% of cars have damage to bodywork or alloy wheels. Revive! leads the way in the accreditation of technicians and the quality of our work is supported by an industry recognised qualification.

Revive! Territories are designed for business expansion

Revive! franchise territories are designed to allow for growth to an operation size of at least 3 vans. Customers include a core base of car dealerships and a residential population of around 250,000 people. This means that right from the start you have a customer base with enough potential to plan for growth.

Your investment in Revive!

The Revive! franchisee fee is £27,500+VAT and with the help of bank funding you may only need to invest between £14,000 and £19,000.

We have a range of courses which will follow your initial four-week training course over a period of time and depending on your own training needs.
  • Superb technical training - Revive!s training centre has been assessed and approved by the IMI award scheme and franchisees are given the opportunity to work towards a vocational qualification in Smart Repairs. Revive! is one of a limited number of locations approved as an Assessment Centre by the IMI (Institute of Motor Industries).

Revive franchise training and supportBusiness Development team to help you achieve your business plan and keep on track to expand your business at the appropriate time; Accounts team who provide a full bookkeeping and invoicing service, provision of management accounts and payroll services; our Customer Services team are the first point of contact, dealing with all customer queries; the National accounts sales team bring in a wide range of work for our franchisees; IT team provide support for our bespoke Revive! tablet and app which helps to process the work quickly and efficiently; the Marketing Team help you build your customer base; Technical support on all aspects of the repair service we offer - plus our directors who have many years experience with Revive! (our MD is the founder of the business) and franchising. You also have the benefit of being part of a network of fellow franchisees who share best practice and tips on a regular basis

The ideal Revive! Auto Innovations franchisee

We need your commitment to grow to a multi-van operation in due course, so that you can achieve the potential for your area.

Over a third of our franchisees now operate more than one van and our biggest franchised business has 18 mobile workshops on the road.

Revive! Franchisees need to be highly motivated and driven to succeed?, they are a cut above the rest and so you must have a desire to grow your Revive! business to multi van level.

Good communication skills are essential, as is the ability to relate to people from all walks of life including fleet managers, dealer principals, car salesmen as well as the general public. You will be dealing with all these customer groups, so you must be able to relate to people at all levels.

Revive! has contracts with a number of national fleet companies and vehicle manufacturers and our reputation for high quality is paramount. So you will need to have personal standards and a desire to provide a top class level of service. These are seen as essential attributes for Revive!

Innovators are welcome but franchisees must be able to follow systems laid down and tried and tested in the Revive! business model.

Sales Experience

A background in sales is an advantage but not essential as sales training plays a key part in our franchisee training programme.
Our franchisees are considered our partners and whilst we will work hard to gain work on a national level to benefit our entire network, we need you to be ready to put in the same level of commitment in your local market.

Industry Experience

No Industry experience is necessary. Our franchisees come from all walks of life so you will not need any body shop or spraying experience.

Technical Skills

Are you reasonably hands on with the ability to pick up technical skills taught during our training programme but importantly, have the added desire to employ others to work with you in the near future? Anyone can be taught to paint a car but are you ready to grow a business?

NB: Management franchise opportunity potentially from the start where employees are taken on at the beginning. *there will be increased investment needed but can be discussed during the process if this is of interest.

Revive franchise team awards

Mark Llewellyn founded the business in 1994 with a single van, operating from his parents house. As the business grew, he rebranded as Revive! and has continued to build a network of franchisees and technicians, with a strong focus on customer service and technical excellence. Mark has been a board member of the British Franchise Association since 2010, helping to influence ethical franchising in the UK. He worked alongside the Institute for the Motor Industry and other industry bodies to drive up standards and establish nationally recognised qualifications within mobile paint repair.

Terry Mullen Operations Director

Terry joined the business in 2000, after a 21-year career in NatWest lending to businesses, including a senior role in the regional lending department in Birmingham reviewing deals of up to £10m. She has been an integral part of the companys growth, overseeing the work of the Finance team, developing the appropriate business systems to support the Revive! network, managing day-to-day operations for our support staff and creating structures to recruit, train and manage new people. Terry was instrumental in leading Revive! to achieve their Investors in People accreditation on the first attempt

Cathryn Hayes Franchise Director

Cathryn has recently joined the Board of Revive! to help further their strategic plans for the rapidly-growing franchise. After a number of roles in branch banking management, she spent 20 years as Head of Franchising at HSBC, followed by an 18-month stint at the British Franchise Association to support the executive team in the absence of the Director General. Cathryn has a high profile in the industry, acting as a judge for the prestigious bfa HSBC Franchisor and Franchisee of the Year awards for many years and has contributed regular articles to franchise press and other business media.
