Pizza Hut has dedicated teams on helping future franchisees in their startup until the moment they run separately and autonomously. Day to day support is provided by the Acquisition Managers, Franchise Business managers as well as our other business experts focused on training, product development and marketing. We also require a 6% royalty fee as well as 3% of your monthly net income which we will use to advertise your local branch in both the local and international market. This allows you to run your branch without having to worry about marketing as we will do it for you. 

We want franchisees who are experienced in retail management and in the restaurant industry. Franchisees should be devoted in opening in at least two sites and are aggressive enough in wanting at least five more franchisees in the future. Aspiring franchisees need to choose a location which is not within 500 yards of other Pizza Hut branches with a minimum household count of at least 5,000. A minimum initial investment ranging from £130,000 up to £150,000 and should have access to liquid funds. The initial investment assures future investors in growing more than two sites.
