Esquires Coffee was founded in 1993 with the goal of seeing friendly servers delivering fantastic coffee in interesting, cool environments. From its roots in Delta, British Columbia, the franchise has managed to retain its independent spirit and passion for doing things the right way while growing into a global, ethical coffee shop franchise. It now has more than 30 stores serving its perfectly roasted Fairtrade coffee across the world, along with a delicious menu of tempting sweet treats and savoury snacks.
Esquires Coffee is looking for new franchisees to take the brand to even more locations across the UK and Ireland. No experience is needed, as the franchise know it’s more important to find people who embody the community spirit and compassionate way of working that Esquires champions in all of its stores. Extensive training will be provided, including guidance on marketing, accounting, daily operations and how to champion the Esquires Coffee philosophy while making your store your own.
The franchise can even help its new partners to find the perfect store to open their branch, helping them to maximise sales potential by locating their business in the right spot. Ongoing support will be provided to each franchisee in areas including corporate training for the owner and their team, and each branch will receive regular system updates to ensure each area of the business is as profitable as possible.
