About Bagel Corner
Franchise
Bagel Corner is looking for Regional or National Master Franchisees for the United Kingdom
The Bagel Corner concept was born in 2010 as a quality, fresh, made in front of you Bagel Quick Service Restaurant.
With 30 units up and running, Bagel Corner offers a proven business model and has contributed to creating a market segment of its own.
Each outlet offers a wide range of bagels, salads and soups all prepared with fresh produce in front of customers.
As well as providing quality food, it’s quick too with customer served within 70 seconds of ordering. The Bagel Corner menu is also attractively priced, catering for the budgets of all customers, by providing student snacks to business lunches.
Bagel Corner has developed a unique concept to allow them to compete in the rapidly growing Quick Service sector.
Busy customers can order their lunch directly from the Bagel Corner website and then pick it up from the restaurant. This avoids lengthy queues and ensures that customers are totally satisfied and remain loyal to the brand.
Bagel Corner restaurants can be adapted to fit any type of location:
- Take away Kiosk – minimum 7m2
- Shop in Shop – minimum 20m2
- Restaurant – minimum 40m2

The ideal Bagel Corner franchisee
Bagel Corner is looking to find regional or national Master Franchisee(s) with a sufficient investment capacity to open stores on its own as well as support an ambitious development plan on a regional or national basis.
Bagel Corner's history
Back in 2010, Gregory, Michael and Rachid, the 3 founders of Bagel Corner noted that no Quick Service restaurant chain in France was specialized in serving bagels.
The ambition to fill in this gap in the market is how the Bagel Corner concept was born.
The timing was perfect too, as the quick service market in France is continually growing and even surpassed table service restaurants in 2013, and hasn’t looked back since.
There are currently more than 30 Bagel Corner restaurants in France, situated in a range of locations including railway stations, airports etc.
The goal is to open 100 restaurants across Europe by 2020, expanding the franchise to countries such as Belgium, Luxembourg, Scandinavia, the UK and beyond.
