Transworld Business Advisors brought its franchise network together to celebrate an incredible 40 years of helping businesses flourish.
Transworld Business Advisors hosted an exciting event which saw hundreds of its talented brokers come together to share their experience of working with the business franchise.
More than 200 Transworld brokers gathered at the Rosen Shingle Creek resort in sunny Orlando, Florida, which gave them a chance to mingle, share best practice and advice before the International Business Brokers Association’s annual conference at the same site.
Speaking about the event, CEO Andy Cagnetta said:
"The convention was the single most important event of the year because franchisees from around the world came together to engage, collaborate, and learn best practices that help franchisees close more deals."
At the conference, attendees heard engaging, informative speeches from Cagnetta, who spoke about the franchise’s history in his ‘40 years and 40 reasons later’ presentation. President of parent group United Franchise Group, Ray Titus, also gave a presentation on ‘Change’, while Jim Tatem, Lead Broker at Transworld’s Greenville East location inspired the brokers with a talk on ‘Goal Setting’. Finally, franchisee and ad fund present Jessica Fialkovich and United Franchise Group’s Andrea Kimpel talked about ‘Ad Fund Updates’ and ‘Six Keys to Success’ to bring the conference to a close.
Bill Luce, Transworld’s US President, spoke about ‘Effective Communications and the Psychology of Sales’ and said:
"The conference featured not only a great line-up of presenters, but there were also panel discussions, informative breakout sessions, sponsor presentations and the presentation of achievement awards in a variety of categories. The agenda was certainly well-balanced and provided an excellent setting for network collaboration and growth."
Awards were also handed out to members of the Transworld network who had achieved great things throughout the year. Awards included Master Partner of the Year, which went to Michael and Henry Ziff from the UK, and MVP, which went to Jessica and Al Fialkovich of Denver, Colorado.
