Sandler Training has teamed up with Lambda Solutions to create a new and improved online learning portal for its customers.

Sandler Training has been celebrating the successful migration of its comprehensive online learning catalogue, thanks to its award-winning partnership with Lambda Solutions. After finding that its Learning Management System wasnt at peak functionality or accessibility, the training franchise decided to migrate its entire training catalogue to the Totara Learn LMS and Zoola Analytics reporting system.

The project and partnership were such a success that Lambda has been awarded the 2018 Totara Award for Best Education and Training project. It also led to a 200 percent increase in the engagement with the franchises training programmes and a huge increase in the number of people and organisations adopting them.

Mike Montague, Vice President of Online Learning & Development at Sandler Systems, commented on the success of the partnership:

We definitely made the right decision going with the Totara Learn / Zoola Analytics solution. With Lambda Solutions, we have been able to deliver a superior online training experience. We have over 250 training centres worldwide and 31,000 professionals to monitor in 23 languages, so ease of use was a huge issue. Now we can more easily assign courses and monitor participation."

Sandler Training was born in 1967 from the mind of David Sandler, after he developed the Sandler Selling System that offered proven sales results. Current CEO Dave Mattson worked closely with Sandler before taking over in 2007 and has continued to take the Sandler Selling System to people across the globe. Sandler Training now has more than 250 offices spanning 27 countries and continues to expand every year. Its training portfolio includes leadership, customers service and enterprise selling programmes, making it versatile and suitable for everyone in every industry.
