Hemera Holidays offers a range of luxury lodges, cabins and holidays homes for holiday lettings. It is a UK based business established in 2014, and has grown substantially over the last 5 years. We are now offering two business models for prospective franchisees. This includes a low cost License Model as well as a fully-fledged Franchise Model. Both offer access to the incredible Hemera Holidays brand and business opportunity.

To achieve our ambitious goal of full UK coverage, we need the right people to run our franchises. We need people who are dedicated to providing a high quality customer service to both property owners and to our customers. You need to be passionate about customers getting the best possible experience, because when customers are happy they will continue to use us again and again. You also need to be able to deal with property owners and understand how properties are promoted for holiday lettings. Don’t worry, we’ll provide all the necessary training to help you on your way!

With over 165,000 rental properties generating over £2bn of revenue, the UK holiday rental market is a vibrant exciting place to operate in. Many people are just as interested in exploring the UK, as they are exploring other parts of the world. Increasingly, people are visiting some wonderful locations throughout the UK, discovering things they never knew existed. And as demand for these holidays and breaks increases so does the number of properties becoming available, all of which need proper marketing to generate booking and sales. Franchisees will be provided with a franchise territory, and their primary role will be to market the Hemera Holidays service to property owners with cabins, lodges and cottages etc. Franchisees generate an income from each booking that takes place and deal with customer questions, queries and requests. It’s a service orientated home based business that gives you the opportunity to work with some great property owners and of course great holiday makers.

Hemera Holidays was born from Northumbrian Holidays, a holiday letting company set up by Wendy Taylor in December 2014. Wendy, who has a extensive marketing background, saw a gap in the market and decided to set up the business. She started with nothing and has successfully created a thriving holiday marketing business with over 60 properties and nearly £1m value of holiday sales.

The next phase of her expansion is to share her knowledge and experience with others, helping you to become established in a fun and exciting, growing market.
