As a Hallows Care franchisee, you’ll be constantly supported by its specially developed Franchise Support Centre that can help with any problems that arise along your franchising journey. You’ll never feel part of a corporate business that doesn’t have time for you, as a strong family feeling is at the heart of everything Hallows Care does. Financial support is available through the franchise’s good connection with banks, making the opportunity more affordable for many.

Comprehensive training package and ongoing support for the lifetime of the franchise. You’ll initially attend a four-week training programme, which will teach you everything you need to know about the daily operational aspects of the business, sales and marketing, as well as the standards and ethos of Hallows Care.

Your franchise journey will be comprised of four stages:

  1. Initial enquiry to find out more about the franchise opportunity.
  2. Face-to-face meeting to discover more about your business opportunity and find out if you and Hallows Care are a good fit for each other.
  3. Submit a deposit to secure your territory.
  4. Sign the franchise agreement, pay the rest of your initial franchise fee and begin your exciting new venture!

Hallows Care's history

Hallows Care was set up over a decade ago when co-founders Joanne and Adam decided it was time to follow their lifelong dream of being their own boss. They gave up their careers and bought a local, family-run domiciliary care company that was ripe for transformation. Utilising their accountancy and management skills, and experience helping the elderly with physiotherapy whilst recovering from injuries in hospital, over the next few years, they re-branded and re-organised the business to turn it into the highly efficient and successful operation it is today.
