Here at Chick-Fil-A, our food preparation revolves around our mantra: fresh, simple, and thoughtfully prepared. While other restaurants pride themselves on their secret recipes, in Chick-Fil-A, we have no secrets! We use cage-free eggs, garden fresh vegetables, whole-breast meat from naturally raised chicken, freshly squeezed lemons, and heck, we even make our own pickles! We take the extra mile in ensuring our ingredients are fresh; in fact, new deliveries are brought in to us multiple times a week. The freshness of our ingredients, combined with our basic yet intricate cooking process is what makes our food taste professional and homemade at the same time. Moreover, food isn't the only thing fresh about us, our warm and welcoming staff is sure to make you want to come back over and over.

It's no joke when we say we are larger than any pizza restaurant, and have outsold other major chicken restaurants. In fact, we achieved £4.6-B in sales last 2014, and our franchisees report an average of around £80,000 of turnover per year. This is all the result of decades of working in the industry, perfecting our craft, and continuously delivering what our customers love chikin.

The ideal Chick-Fil-A franchisee

It must cost a million pounds to franchise such a successful company, wrong! In fact we are cheaper than every major fast-food chain. We only require our candidates to pay around £8,000 to start operation with no minimum threshold or liquid assets. This is because we offer to pay for everything, from real estate, to construction, and even the equipment. We believe money is never the barrier to entering business. In return, we require a reasonable 15% of sales as our ongoing fee. If you are a business minded individual, with good business acumen, and a strong passion for service then you're good to go!

Chick-Fil-A's history

The restaurant was founded in 1946 by Truett Cathy and was originally named The Dwarf House. In 1967, the first Chick-Fil-A opened, and began franchising during the 70's. We pride ourselves in being the pioneers of the chicken sandwich.
