LMI & Co Hair Design provide the following training and support:

• Training on how to build the brand and your franchise and continued support to help bring customers through the door.
• Help with recruiting the right staff and how to build the right team. Training with selected colour brands will be provided.

The applicant does not need to be a qualified hairdresser however it is highly recommended that they are and if so would benefit from some experience in running a business. If the applicant is not a qualified hairdresser then previous experience in running a salon will be highly sought after. Adequate capital is required to be able to successful launch a salon and management over that capital is highly important. The candidate must also realise that building up a salon takes a lot of time and energy so the candidate will need to be a very determined and self-motivated business person. Management of a team is also necessary for running a successful salon.

• August 2017 - Sittingbourne Salon awarded 5 Star Rating by Good Salon Guide
• August 2017 - Chatham Salon relocated to Rochester.
• May 2018 - Lease on Rochester Salon sub-letted to another business.
• June 2018 - Two awards won at the Kent Health and Beauty Awards
