LMI Hair & Beauty franchise

LMI & Co - the hair and beauty franchise you've been looking for!

LMI has been running for three years and has established a large client base off the back of a fantastic team. LMI has also branched out into the financial world and has established an accountancy firm, which will also benefit potential franchisees. The main focus is on the salons though and has built it's name through quality customer service and exceptional work, in cutting and colouring. All of the products used in the salon are professional quality and top in the market. LMI is soon becoming a household name and we want you as part of that journey

Training and support provided

LMI & Co Hair Design provide the following training and support:

  • Training on the day-to-day runnings.
  • Training on how to build the brand and your franchise and continued support to help bring customers through the door.
  • Help with recruiting the right staff and how to build the right team. Training with selected colour brands will be provided.
  • Many more training aspects will be provided on purchase by the successful franchisee...

The ideal LMI & Co Hair Design franchisee

The applicant does not need to be a qualified hairdresser however it is highly recommended that they are and if so would benefit from some experience in running a business. If the applicant is not a qualified hairdresser then previous experience in running a salon will be highly sought after. Adequate capital is required to be able to successful launch a salon and management over that capital is highly important. The candidate must also realise that building up a salon takes a lot of time and energy so the candidate will need to be a very determined and self-motivated business person. Management of a team is also necessary for running a successful salon.
