Training and support provided

In exchange for the initial investment, we will provide the franchisee with the necessary training & support to become successful. As a franchisee, you will be required to attend a 5-day initial training at our corporate headquarters in Reading, Pennsylvania. The training will cover operating principles. Marketing assistance includes co-op advertising, national and regional media, and ad slicks. For additional training, you will be attending an annual convention to keep you updated. Field operations, regular meetings, and newsletter will serve as ongoing training. A company ID when doing in-home service will also be provided.
