About Pandora
Franchise

Pandora jewellery had sprung its roots as a small Danish jewellery shop to dominating the world's jewellery market. When it comes to affordability and customizable bracelets, Pandora Brand comes into our minds; fashionable and personalised jewellery is our forte. For over 30 years, our attention to detail and quality, and not on market trends has set us apart from other jewellery manufacturers and has paved the way for us to lead in such a competitive market.

Training and support provided

We love having new franchisees and what we provide gives us enormous satisfaction. We have established a specific organisation focused in supporting our franchisees in their local markets. This organisation assists on operational support, visual merchandising, training, POS materials and uniforms, marketing materials and knowledge sharing. The training for store managers are held as groups in regional sessions while in-store training is required for all remaining employees. The marketing materials include marketing campaigns, digital communication as well as social media use to help your local franchise boosts sales in your area.

The ideal Pandora franchisee

While Pandora currently leads the global jewellery market, we are still looking for new locations and new business partners. Pandora is in need of people who have great retail experience are enthusiastic about sales and customer service. We would also like to see individuals who are highly interested in jewellery designs and are willing to learn more about industry. Interested franchisees should present their desired locations which should be at least 40 square meters and up to 75 square meters. Initial investment costs ranges between £350,000 and £930,000 which includes everything from leasehold, lighting and flooring, custom signage and insurance costs.

Pandora's history

Pandora traces its origins in 1982, when Par Enevoldsen, a Danish goldsmith started importing jewelleries from Thailand, while his wife sold them in their store. They later moved to Thailand and began small scale retailing to the locals. They saw immediate success when the couple switched to selling in wholesale. They gained more popularity when they first franchised their brand in Australia in 2009.
