Dog boarding franchise Wagging Tails is keeping our spirits high amid the Covid-19 crisis.

In March, it uploaded its top photos of dogs enjoying their February holidays with Wagging Tails carers to Facebook. The public could vote for their favourite pooch, with the winner being the February star of its 2021 calendar.

The pet franchise uploaded heart-warming photos of the different furry friends doing everything from lounging in the living room to enjoying the Gloucestershire countryside.

But it was actually Poppy that won the February competition, with the picture of her enjoying a coffee stop with her carer in the Isle of Wight. We look forward to seeing the uplifting picture in the 2021 calendar.

With Easter Sunday only just passing, it’s likely that we’ll still have some chocolate and hot cross buns left over to munch on. However, Wagging Tails reminds us that it’s important to keep our dogs safe.

Sharing a post by The Kennel Club UK, it highlights that however tasty chocolate and hot cross buns may be to humans, they are in fact poisonous to dogs. Lots of us already know how deadly chocolate can be, but we might not have known that currants, sultanas and raisins are all toxic too. So be careful and keep these festive treats out of reach from greedy pooches.

To also cheer its followers up, it encouraged everyone to share photos of their puppies or dogs when they were puppies to mark National Puppy Day.

Wagging Tails is currently actively seeking franchisees with Point Franchise. Read more about the exciting opportunity on its client page.
