Trulawn has just launched a franchise model and is excited to start welcoming savvy investors into the business.

The management franchise, which sells, installs and maintains artificial grass, works with homeowners, schools, businesses and sports facilities. Customers see the value in buying a product that involves no mowing, no watering and no mud. So much so, the franchise installs more than 150,000 square metres of artificial lawn every year.

Trulawn first launched 11 years ago when the founders decided to start a business installing putting greens. It wasn’t long before they recognised the huge demand for domestic artificial lawns, and branched out into the sector. Their venture was so successful, they were generating over a million pounds in revenue within three years.

In 2020 Trulawn became a franchise, which helped the business increase sales by 212 percent compared to 2019. Now, the founders have got their sights set on becoming the biggest name in artificial grass in the UK - and you can help make it happen!

For a total investment of £16,995 +VAT, you can become a Trulawn franchisee and manage a team of surveyors and installers. You’ll offer the franchise’s 100-percent polyethene grass with a ribbed yarn to reduce glare and extend its life to up to 15 years. Plus, you’ll be part of the only business in the UK to supply recyclable artificial lawn, which will put you ahead of the competition.

Before getting up and running, you’ll be able to complete an initial training scheme at the Trulawn Academy, covering everything from sales and installation processes to marketing and aftercare. Once you’ve launched your business, you’ll get regular visits from a business support manager too.

Trulawn’s Co-Owner Ian says,

“Having run the business for a decade, we effectively set up the Trulawn ‘template’. Having completed hundreds of domestic and school site surveys, we have refined the process over the years and can help transfer all this knowledge to new franchisees.”
