Boutique fitness franchise brand TRIB3, taking the global fitness industry by storm with technological novelties and picturesque settings, has confirmed its launch for Nottingham on Friday 15th July.
The new centre will be in the heart of the city on Carrington Street. A fitness store that will create up to 15 new jobs and offer a truly unique workout experience for Nottingham. Like other TRIB3 locations, individuals can work out with other like-minded people in a state-of-the-art studio and coach-led classes, motivating them as they work out across TRIB3’s signature three zones: Treadmills, Resistance and Intensity.
TRIB3 is a high-intensity, unmissable group workout experience we call "Workout Warriors". The TRIB3 experiences are 45-minute HIIT classes for a full-body burn recognised as the most intensive yet inclusive workout in the world.
The class features full heart rate tracking throughout, automated music and light show, moving to the pace and tempo of the workout; effectively, maximising motivation. Its inclusiveness is due to the emphasis on effort level, not fitness ability. This means that everyone can get next-level results in no time.

The Nottingham TRIB3 studio is just one of many opening across the country in 2022 and follows the successful launch of two new studios in Manchester and Liverpool, taking the total number of franchises from 16 worldwide to more than 30 by the end of the year.
