Pirtek hires new CEO, Kim Gubera, to develop the franchise across the USA.
As the new Chief Executive Officer of Pirtek USA, Gubera will take over from Glenn Duncan, who has worked at the company for over 30 years and is the son of founder, Peter Duncan, who developed the AC franchise in the early 1980s. As Glenn Duncan now holds the title of Pirtek USA’s executive chairman, Gubera will fill his shoes, with the objective of further growing the franchise throughout the USA to establish the brand as a market leader.
Now part of the International Franchise Association as a certified franchise executive, Gubera has an impressive CV not only in the industry but within Pirtek USA itself. Starting out in accounting and being awarded a Master of Business Administration, Gubera worked to become a certified public accountant before becoming a finance director in a leading landscaping franchise. Gubera’s first role within Pirtek USA was as corporate controller, before she attained the positions of Pirtek USA’s vice president and chief financial officer.
