In March 2020, Wolf Franchisees Limited introduced Wolf Healthcare to the franchise arena and has proven to be a roaring success with 22 territories sold nationally by January 2021. March 2021 sees the launch of Wolf Education to the franchise world as we believe there isn’t a time than now to invest. Following the pandemic there is a huge focus on the Education sector to support children and young adults in the valuable class room based education they have lost between 2020-2021. The government have allocated an additional £4.3 billion to the schools budgets for 2022-2023 to facilitate the additional learning facilities required including:

• Shorter holidays
• Longer school days
• Summer schools

Education spending is the second largest element of public service spending in the UK behind health, representing approx. £91 billion in 2018-2019

We are looking to work in partnership with either Experienced Recruiters (ideally from the education sector) or professionals who have worked within the Education sector.

Just over three years ago, Oliver Jones, who after thirteen years in Education where he had arisen to Assistant Head Teacher, knew that a change of direction was needed. Not leaving the sector altogether, he founded Wolf Recruitment Group Franchises Limited (formerly names Wolf Employment Limited), which was founded with the goal of recruiting and training quality staff in the Education sector. The business thrived and achieved a turnover in excess of £885,000 in the first year of trading. Seeing the opportunity for further success, Oliver looked at the Healthcare market.
