Training and support provided

Training and On-going Support

Our main objective is to get you established in your exclusive territory as soon as possible. Our training and support will enable you to get your business up and running quickly and efficiently. Initial training takes place over 2 weeks and includes time in the office and time out in the field.

We will share our best business practices with you and show you how to effectively market your business. We will also provide training in sales techniques, pricing and quotations and scheduling your workload.

Out in the field you will learn how to use the equipment safely and effectively, how to clean windows and gutters correctly and safely, and how to safely work at height when using ladders.

As well as your initial training we will provide continual on-going support throughout the life of your business to help you whenever you need us. You will be in business for yourself, but not by yourself.

WindowPayne Local's history

The Story of WindowPayne Local

Working shifts as a full time firefighter provided WindowPayne Local’s founder Matt Payne with the opportunity to earn some extra cash, so he started WindowPayne on a part time basis in 2011. Little did he know where this side-line would take him. In 2016 Matt realised that the business was really taking off so he purchased better equipment, invested in IT and took on his first employee.

In 2018 Matt took the plunge to work in the business full time, and the rest is history.
