Your Role

We’ll show you how to win new clients and build a thriving repeat business client base where the numbers add up - the more clients you look after, the more repeat business you carry out, the more you can earn.

Every day is varied as you provide a full range of advanced windscreen and glass repair solutions from your own fully equipped branded mobile van:

  • All stone chip repairs
  • Long & short crack repairs
  • Glass scratch removal & polishing repairs – genuinely 100% distortion free
  • Glass graffiti removal repairs
  • Headlight polish & restoration

Bank funding

Minimum personal investment of £10,500 is required as you will need to cover additional start-up costs and working capital requirements. Our bank approved business model enables you to borrow up to 70% of the total investment. Strict T&Cs apply.

Training and support provided

Screen Rescue delivers one of the most comprehensive induction and supportive training programmes available in the industry today, designed to fully prepare each new franchisee for their journey ahead.

Throughout your franchise term you’ll receive ongoing training and award-winning franchisee support to meet the changing needs of your growing business and, when the time is right to scale up your franchise, we’ll guide and support you as you increase your technicians and mobile units. 

Induction Training – 10 working days in Suffolk

In Suffolk, under the personal guidance of both franchisors, you’ll be trained in all areas of your business so you are fully confident in running your franchise operation.

You’ll learn how to carry out our full range of windscreen and glass repair disciplines, progressing from the safe environment of workshop training to live client repairs in one of our founder territories.

You’ll also discover how our Operations, Financial and Business support will accelerate your business performance.  During this time, local half board accommodation is provided for you as part of your extensive franchise package and you’ll be able to draw down a wage from day one.   

Assisted business launch – 10 working days in your territory

Franchisor, Jaime Hilario is by your side in your territory launch - designed to fast-track you into business giving your franchise the best possible start. We provide qualified, credit checked leads you can rely on and following our well-trodden and highly successful sales process, you’ll be converting these to repeat business clients from day one.

Territory Visits – ongoing support when you need it

You’ll also benefit from regular in-territory visits and one-on-one guidance to help accelerate your business growth. This ongoing support is provided where and when you need it.

Screen Rescue was incorporated in 2012 and is a private Limited company led by two active founder directors, both passionate about expanding this award-winning brand nationally.

Following successful pilot schemes in Suffolk and Essex, Screen Rescue is expanding across the UK, by building a national network of large, exclusive protected franchise territories in prime locations.

How did you hear about Screen Rescue?

I’d been looking at various automotive franchise opportunities for about six months. Screen Rescue responded quickly to my enquiry via Franchise UK and stayed in touch with regular contact.

Were there any challenges you had to face pre-launch?

Everything was in place to onboard back in March on what became the first lockdown day! Fortunately, I was able to continue in my old role during those strange months.

What other support was given in the second and third lockdowns?

Before flexi-furlough came in, my clients were serviced by a sister territory Business Manager – it was unprecedented support and just one of the many benefits from operating next to a sister territory. More recently I was able to visit my own clients.

You’d visited the Olympia franchise exhibition, was this helpful?

To be honest, I was unimpressed with the information available, and came away with nothing more than what you can find on websites. Exhibitors were knowledgeable, but I felt some were on a hard sell.

What support have you received from the franchisors?

Aside from my day-to-day support, Amanda helped me to switch my bank funding over to a Bounce Back loan with lower, better payment terms. This helped my cashflow even more.

What are you looking forwards to achieving the most in your franchise?

I'm looking forward to building a stable business and earning a good reputation off my own back for the work I do for my clients. And like us all, I want to earn a decent income! I know with my hard work and Screen Rescue's help, this will happen.

From the outset I was impressed with the information available – the openness of information and the level of support offered. There was no hard sell, which I liked. It was my choice. ​ ​

Why are you going into business now, at this chapter in your life?

After 30 years in my last role, I needed a new challenge and feel very comfortable within the motor industry. My franchise is my career now; it’s my future.

What would you say to those thinking about investing in a franchise?

When purchasing a franchise, make sure you have the back up and support of the franchisors and they have time to help you because starting any business can be scary at first. I've been guided every step of the way - I only wish I'd done this sooner!
