At Redstones, our focus is on letting in which we coordinate with the landlords requirement and offer clients the flexibility, whilst allowing them to enjoy benefits such as the Redstones Platinum Total Care scheme. We aim to deliver a unique and extensive range of services specifically designed to meet the needs of our customers. The services we offer include lettings, residential sales, property management, auctions and switch agents. We use the latest 3D floor plan to let clients or buyers get a unique perspective of the property they are viewing. Our online portal also helps in the growth of our business demand and has a convenient way to engage clients in running a full property check.

We are looking for someone who is ambitious, self-disciplined, motivated and has good interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional customer service. The franchise fee is £14,995 but the total cost of setting up your office will range from £20,000 to £25,000. This includes the franchise fee itself, training, equipment, software, marketing support, business launch, car livery, your own Redstones local micro site, TO LET boards and everything you need to successfully to operate your business. Franchise territories to be assigned will be in premium areas with a minimum 100,000 household to ensure profit gains.

Training and support provided

There will be a training programme that lasts for 2 weeks based at our head office, and include additional support from property training professionals, helping you to achieve the ARLA qualification. The course will focus on how to successfully run a business, customer service strategies that are aimed at tenants, marketing and selling services to landlords and there will be a section dedicated to our ‘Switch Agent’ programme.

As for marketing, we will be provided a range of professionally produced marketing materials. Our brand, promotions and PR will help stand out amongst the competitors. You will also have your own website and will be featured on the official Redstones Head Office site. There will be ongoing support throughout the duration of the franchise agreement. We will be spending several days in the initial stages of the business to help you implement marketing plan and provide support. There will also be regular network meetings and training modules to help develop your knowledge, skills and expertise.
