WindowPayne Local Going into business for yourself can be daunting, but Matt and the team at WindowPayne Local have devised a franchise model that will enable you to hit the ground running, so that you can establish and grow your franchise quickly.

It is a golden rule in business to be part of a growing sector, and with the window cleaning market forecast to be worth £920m by the end of 2023, there has never been a better time to get involved in this Covid proof market.

WindowPayne Local has brought its investment opportunity to Point Franchise.

The window cleaning franchise dates back to 2011, when firefighter Matt Payne decided to earn some extra money by starting a part-time business. By 2016, his side hustle had taken off and found popularity among local residents. Matt invested in better equipment and IT resources, and hired his first employee.

Since 2018, Matt has been working full-time at WindowPayne Local, and is now looking for franchisees to help him expand the company’s presence across the UK.

The business offers a customised window and gutter cleaning service to help customers keep their homes in tip-top condition. The franchise team takes direct debit payments from all clients, so franchisees can focus on developing their business without chasing payments.

If you’re self-motivated and have great people-skills, you could be the right fit for WindowPayne Local. As a franchisee, you’ll grow your business in your territory, with the opportunity to add more vans to your operations over time.

To get started, you’ll need to make a minimum investment of £10,495. This sum gives you access to your own exclusive territory and a five-year contract with the right to renewal, as well as all the franchise’s other high-quality support resources.

The initial training scheme is two weeks long and includes both office-based and on-site coaching. You’ll learn about using the window-cleaning equipment safely and working at height, as well as sales techniques, pricing and work scheduling.

The franchise package also includes branded uniforms, marketing materials and equipment such as a water purification system and water-fed pole cleaning apparatus.

Plus, there are no royalty fees to pay for your first six months in business - and, after two years, you can expect to be generating an income of around £90,000. Find out more on the franchise’s profile page.
