Century 21 North East, the brand’s tenth best performing franchise in the US, has committed to a long-term relationship with the estate agency.

Century 21 is no stranger to success. Its talented team of sales experts deliver impressive results across 80 different countries. The franchise is keen to hold onto that talent to make sure that it holds its position as a market leader in the real estate business. That’s why Century 21 has renewed its agreement with Century 21 North East, the company’s largest franchisee in Massachusetts and New England.

This news follows Century 21’s announcement that 2018 was the brand’s best year for franchise sales since 2002. Evidently, the estate agency franchise is just as keen to hold on to existing talent as it is to invest in new opportunities.

Century 21 increased its amount of offices across the globe by 18 percent last year. The success has not been left unrecognised. The franchise was named by Millward Brown as the biggest name in real estate for the 20th year running last year, and also received an Inman Innovation Award in marketing for redeveloping its brand.

James D’Amico, owner of Century 21 North East, reflected on his company’s decision to stick with the franchise: "After being courted by many other franchisors and independent companies in the industry, we decided that Century 21 Real Estate, because of its brand awareness, reputation, global positioning and scope of marketing and tech offerings, is the best option to deliver memorable experiences to consumers, grow market share and help our agents be more successful”.

James is optimistic about carrying on with business as usual. He also noted that he and his team “look forward to the next 10 years with the brand, especially with CEO Mike Miedler, who will take this organisation to the next level”.
