Pet & dog franchise OSCAR has announced that it’s teaming up with a pub in Leamington to offer a brand-new range of pet meals. The new ‘The Dog’s Dinner Range’ was created by the Warwick and Leamington OSCAR franchise and caught the attention of award-winning pub The Newbold Comyn Arms.

Two recipes will be launched in the pub soon, with doggy diners having the choice of gluten free chicken and rice or hypoallergenic fish and potato. For a highly affordable £3, each meal will also come with a dental stick treat and two compostable poo bags to clean things up at the other end.
Owner Sarah Miller explained why she was so drawn in by OSCAR’s tasty offerings.
“As we are located in the area of Newbold Comyn, surrounded by the Warwickshire countryside, we get a lot of dog walkers visiting us. We have always been a pet-friendly pub, so we’re delighted to have this paw-some new addition to our menu, so visitors can enjoy a meal with the whole family.”
Wayne McIanaghan, nutritional advisor for OSCAR Warwick and Leamington, said that he is thrilled with the new partnership.
“The Newbold Comyn Arms has been on our radar for a while, as a popular dog-friendly location. We pride ourselves on offering affordable healthy dog meals, created by trained pet nutritionists, which is why we are proud to have a clear label policy, declaring 100 per cent of our ingredients on packaging. We have 17 recipes across the dog food range, so we hope this will be the start of a strong relationship between both businesses.”
The popular pub will also stock venison, chicken and black pudding sausages from OSCAR, giving furry guests plenty of choice alongside their owners.
