Preston based pet franchise OSCAR Pet Foods was named as the Silver ‘Franchisor of the Year’ at the 2019 bfa HSBC Franchise Awards. The award was extra special as it coincided with OSCAR’s 25th year of operation, showing how far the franchise has come in its quarter century of operation.
