Auditel has launched a new ‘full scope business review’ service for clients, which can improve franchisees’ cash flow.

Previously, the consultancy franchise has supported clients through its ‘no win, no fee’ model. But, in recent years, it has developed to offer new services, expanding into supply chain management, procurement and business transformation consultancy. This new model can provide greater savings opportunities for clients, and higher fees for franchisees.

With its new ‘full scope business review’ service, Auditel evaluates a business’s expenditure across multiple sites and suppliers. With the help of numerous Auditel franchisees, who are specialists in a number of different areas, the franchise can support organisations to develop new strategies to streamline operations and outgoings.

Before each new job, Auditel establishes a monthly retainer fee with the client, which is usually between £1,500 and £3,000, depending on the project scope and timeframe.

The new model should enable franchisees to generate an income of over £10,000 per month, on top of further revenue through successful project deliveries.

Nick Tubb, Auditel’s Head of Recruitment, revealed why the new service is valuable for franchisees:

“We train all new franchisee affiliates to engage with clients using the ‘full scope business review’ model. There are a great many benefits, though the traditional contingency-fee-only offering is always there as a back-up option.

“Signing clients on a contracted retainer fee basis enables the franchisee to develop a more in-depth relationship with clients, looking at the ‘bigger picture’ about how the outcome of undertaking reviews of all business costs can deliver significant results for those organisations, which can fuel growth, increased profitability or success by other measures as defined by the clients.”

He added,

“We are now seeing many affiliates securing both new and existing clients on this model. Having clients on retainers with additional fees for savings achievements can mean serious income streams from long-term clients, and you don’t need lots either.”
