The annual event hosted by Neighbourly® UK brought together over 350 franchise business owners across six Neighbourly® brands to network, enjoy inspirational talks from high-profile guests, and celebrate the achievements of its franchisees. A truly inspiring event!
Awards were given to franchise owners, recognising their hard work over the past year. In some ways, this honour is particularly recognised, because 2021 and 2022 were strenuous to manage a successful business while a pandemic swept our nation.

What does franchise owner Silviu Bompa say about his accomplishments?
Swapping a career in hospitality for housekeeping in just six short years, Silviu Bompa has taken his franchise business from milestone to milestone, continually amassing several awards for the quality of services. Bompa and his team's dedication is reflected in their enviable reputation online boasting 4.9 and 5-star ratings across multiple review sites, including Yell.
We reached out to Silviu after the announcement of the award, where he said: “Well what can I say… I truly believe that the support of the network has been for me the “thing” that has given me the strength to carry on in my early days. I was ready to give up after my first year, but when you see that you are not alone and that other franchise business owners have felt the same or experienced similar challenges, and yet have built very successful businesses, then I said to myself “if someone else can do it, I can do it too”.
Continuing, “the support you get from a franchise network with head office support is incredible, just having someone at the end of the phone to give you advice that can really have a positive impact on your business is priceless!”
Silviu finishes by saying, “I think the Head Office Team are amazing in terms of continuously listening to their franchises and working together to put processes in place to facilitate the needs of the network to improve efficiency, drive sales, increase awareness nationally as well as locally.
