The ESTAS winners were announced at the 18th annual ceremony on Friday 22nd of October, and No Letting Go was thrilled to see its brand recognised as one of the best in the sector for 2021.
No Letting Go was first founded in 2007 and, since this time, the inventory and property management franchise has grown substantially. This recognition at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards is one in a line of 2021 wins for the franchise. In the words of Simon Brown, ESTAS Founder, “Just like every single agent, conveyancer or mortgage broker using the ESTAS review platform, industry suppliers were rated by their customers, so these awards are a real test of how well these firms deliver their services. They should all be proud of their status as an ‘ESTAS Supplier of the Year’.”
The awards are in their 18th year, powered by the ESTAS customer review platform and “based purely on feedback”. This year, No Letting Go revealed, “The winners were announced at the largest event in the property industry in 2 years, held at the Grosvenor House in London and hosted by the country’s favourite TV property presenter, Phil Spencer, in front of 1,100 guests.”
In fact, Phil Spencer himself expressed how important he thought it was to honor suppliers, in particular following the impacts of COVID-19. He said, “There’s never been a more appropriate time to highlight the role suppliers play in the industry. The best suppliers are instrumental in helping provide excellent service. They are an extension of the customer experience, so the service they deliver is crucial.”
