No Letting Go has been established within the Lettings Industry for 11 years with a strong brand in this niche sector.

The lettings industry is a solid but growing market, and this is set to continue. Around 5 million households are in private rented accommodation, and this is expected to rise to nearly 6 million over the next 5 years. Our service protects landlords in the event of damage and neglect to the property during the tenancy and this has become increasingly important as deposit claims rise.

The service is aimed at letting agents, management companies and landlords operating on a local and national level. We also provide a unique service offering for the growing online market. We offer 10 property related services, working on a repeat cycle. Property reports are conducted on our bespoke software, making the job easier, faster and more accessible for our customers.

A repeat business model creates long-lasting profitable relationships, meaning resources can be focused on customer service, rather than constantly looking for new customers, which can be costly in terms of time and expenditure.

As a trusted supplier we have won many awards such as the Sunday Times Letting Agent and The Negotiator Awards. Training and support provided

Our training academy provides both residential and accompanied on the job training. The training covers industry legislation, report building, tablet technology, back office systems, sales and marketing. We support you with joint property visits, customer visits and business planning which is very focused within the first 12 months.

Head office also builds national contract work which is allocated to the franchise network via postcodes. These are large national customers looking for a robust service with national coverage.

We also provide a support team at head office for software, accounts and a technical team to answer day to day questions.


 

The ideal No Letting Go franchisee

 We are looking for ambitious hard working partners, who love providing great customer service. Previous experience within the industry is not required as we will teach you this, however, we are looking for a can do attitude and self motivation.

Whilst the franchisee fee can be financed via a specialist bank, you need to have enough working capital to meet your bills whilst you are starting your business.

 No Letting Go was set up by our CEO Nick Lyons 11 years ago. It started from a small local inventory company and has now grown to a national franchise with 65 offices, enabling the company to attract many well know national customers.
