Walfinch homecare based in East Barnet is celebrating its achievements after maintaining its good-rating following an interim review by the industry regulator, the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
During the initial inspection, the CQC spoke with the care staff, those receiving care, relatives of service users and the registered manager, Mr Marcelo Navarro. Effectively, assessing and determining whether the service delivered is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led: especially in a post-Covid era.
