With the eDivert business model, you will build a business with low overheads and high profit margins. Where in many industries, like recruitment and home care, profit margins of only 20% are achieved, our business model achieves 50% to 80%.

- Customer service solutions, including telephone answering, live chat answering and managing social media messages on behalf of other businesses.

Unlike a traditional franchise, with eDivert you don’t buy a geographical area. This means that if you move to a different area in the UK or even abroad, your business will not be affected. It also means that you can take on customers from anywhere in the UK.
You will still benefit from exclusivity; our CRM-system ensures that franchisees don’t compete with each other.
As part of the eDivert network, you will have the opportunity to take work on from other franchisees and from head office, which allows you to grow your business 3 times faster than when you start on your own.
Once you get too busy yourself, you can take on staff or outsource some of your work to other franchisees within the network, knowing that they have received the same training as you have and share the same values.

Your earning potential with our business model will vary depending on the amount of time you devote to your business and the business model you choose. Typically a franchisee who works full-time and buys into the Accelerator or Elite packages will achieve a turnover of over £100,000 within 3 years, while on the Essential packages franchisees achieve £30,000 to £50,000 a year by year 3. Our eDivert network
As a business, we are passionate about our people – it is what makes us so unique! Once a week franchisees are invited to attend a webinar session. This meeting is a great opportunity for franchisees to learn from each other and build relationships. The sessions also include training and updates on industry developments.
We also organise several meetings a year throughout the country, which offers franchisees the opportunity to meet in person with each other.

Training and support provided
The eDivert training and support
Our training and support are second to none and is provided remotely through interactive webinars and our online training system.
You won’t have to worry about additional costs for travel or overnight stays. In the training, we provide you with all the information from starting your business, to what marketing strategy to use to grow your business, and how to deliver the services. We also go in more depth into how to close a sale with a potential customer and the different pricing packages available for your customers. After the training, you continue to have easy access to head office and the other franchisees for any support you may require. We also supply new marketing materials, training videos, help with business planning, an annual conference and ongoing training.

Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing or administration is helpful, but most importantly, you will need a can-do attitude! We are looking for individuals with drive, dedication, passion and an eagerness to learn.

You must be highly organised, efficient and professional with a sense of urgency and tenacity.
Don’t worry if you have not had previous experience in the services that the eDivert business model offers; full training and ongoing support is provided.

eDivert Franchises Deliver Success Despite Uncertainty
Stewart Dunne – eDivert Chichester
Stewart has worked in senior sales roles for the majority of his career but had reached the point where he wanted to cut back on travelling. The pandemic handed him an opportunity by way of redundancy and Stewart grasped it with both hands and started looking at the possibility of becoming a franchisee.
“eDivert stood out for me because it was really the only franchise which allowed me to utilise my existing skillset and benefit from an existing business model” he explains. “I didn’t want my business acumen to go to waste but I wanted a better quality of life after being on the road for years.”
Stewart took eDivert’s Business Accelerator package, which entitled him to a ‘press-and-go’ marketing campaign and business networking membership. He wanted a better lifestyle while still retaining a ‘bread-winning’ income and eDivert has delivered exactly that.
The accelerator package is expected to achieve a monthly turnover of over £2,500 within the first 6 months and Stewart exceeded this, despite being in the middle of lockdown.
Beki Orme – eDivert Kent
Beki joined eDivert 2 years ago, in early 2019, and signed up her first customer within 3 months of beginning to trade. She attributes this speed to the excellent support and training that was provided by eDivert.
Her franchise has come into its own, however, since lockdown as she now finds herself home schooling her two young children. Due to the flexibility of the eDivert model, she’s been able to scale back her business to make room for time with the children while still maintaining a stable income.
Beki says “My life has changed for the better as I work from home and there is so much more flexibility. I have more of a work life balance which is ideal with having two young children as I am here if needed and can work around them.”
Meet Tori. She’s our most recent franchisee, having started her business just under two months ago. We spoke to her to find out what made her consider a franchised business and why she chose eDivert.
Firstly, some background and you could say that the perfect storm put Tori in touch with eDivert. Around five years ago, Tori woke one morning with no feeling down one side of her body. She ended up in a wheelchair and then, come 2020, was made redundant while on furlough and awaiting spinal surgery. Despite this series of unfortunate events, Tori is delighted she came across eDivert, describing her young business as ‘the perfect balance between working for yourself and being part of a team’.
Sadly, before being made redundant, Tori already had experience of discrimination when job hunting. It wasn’t an experience she wanted to repeat.
“I still needed – and wanted – to work” she explains. “But I couldn’t even get an interview when I last went job hunting. There was always an excuse once people found out I was in a wheelchair. I’m capable and ambitious so I decided to take control of my life and look for a franchise to buy into.”
