SylvianCare HUB Option

At SylvianCare we talk to many individuals who would make excellent franchisees but who cannot proceed due to lack of funding. As you can imagine this is frustrating, both for us and for them. We believe that we have come up with a solution that will help many more individuals to own a successful Domiciliary Care franchise, our ‘HUB’ Option.

Currently the initial cost of a full territory is £27,000 + VAT. Our HUB territories are smaller locations, but with a minimum population of 90,000. This still provides more than enough potential to grow a profitable business. The initial fee to purchase a HUB territory is £15,000 + VAT. This represents a saving of £14,400 on our original initial fee. At SylvianCare we are confident that our HUB option will be an opportunity for many and make their dream of becoming business owners a reality.

Funding Your Franchise

SylvianCare has agreed funding arrangements with HSBC allowing you to borrow (subject to status) up to 50% of the required capital. This includes working capital which you will require in addition to the initial cost.

Alternatively, we have worked with many of our existing franchisees who have accessed funds through the Government backed Business Start-Up Loan Scheme. This allows an individual business owner to borrow up to £25,000 without actually putting any of their personal funds in. This amount doubles to £50,000 should the business have two owners. Sylvian Care Franchise Health Care

The provision of Domiciliary Care (care in the home) is a rapidly expanding sector. An independent survey by Mintel states that: "The UK market for domiciliary care rose in value between 2014/15 and 2018/19 by a cumulative 5% – from £81.6 billion to £85.9 billion" and this growth is predicted to continue. A child aged 9 today has a 1:2 likelihood of living to be 105, so the need for professional care services for the elderly will only increase as will the potential to grow a successful SylvianCare Franchise.
