Nikki worked for many years as a nurse, meaning she already has an in-depth knowledge of the importance of quality care, and her husband, Olu, has spent many years as a social worker supporting the elderly. For Olu, the decision to transition from social work to running a Sylvian Care franchise stemmed from a desire to impact his community more significantly. He believes that, through Sylvian Care, they have the opportunity to offer more comprehensive and personalised care solutions, exceeding what he could achieve in his previous role.
