After achieving a remarkable year of network growth in 2023, Sylvian, a leading provider of domiciliary care services, is proud to announce the addition of two distinguished professionals to its Franchise Support Team. These new appointments reflect Sylvian's commitment to providing unparalleled support for franchise partners navigating the journey of business ownership.

Dan Glickman – Head of Business Support

Sylvian is thrilled to welcome Dan Glickman as Head of Business Support. 

Dan's successful track record spans local government, public and co-operative societies, private sector, entrepreneurial businesses, and extensive experience as a business owner and director. With a background in IT leadership and twelve years running his own franchised business, Dan is well-versed in operational management, leadership, recruitment, and business efficiencies.

Over the past six years, Dan has dedicated himself to supporting and developing numerous business owners within the support team of an International Homecare Franchise. In his role at Sylvian, Dan will spearhead business support functions, providing top-level support and coaching to business partners to enhance their franchise investments.

Emma Chappell – Franchise Recruitment Manager 

Joining Sylvian as Franchise Recruitment Manager is Emma Chappell, a seasoned professional with a Marketing Degree and a passion for franchising. Emma's diverse background includes working in various commercial roles in industries such as retail, property, and adult learning. In 2019, she discovered her calling in the franchise world and has since become a Qualified Franchise Professional. 

Emma has overseen the establishment of over 95 new and resale franchises throughout her career, with Sylvian being the ninth brand she has contributed to developing. As Franchise Recruitment Manager, Emma aims to provide transparent and friendly support to prospective franchise owners. Her goal is to help them navigate the research process and determine if Sylvian is the right fit for their entrepreneurial journey.

Prospective franchise owners are encouraged to connect with Emma, who is ready to answer any questions about franchising and Sylvian in particular. With her commitment to transparency and clear communication, Emma ensures that potential investors have all the information they need to make informed decisions about joining the Sylvian network.
