The claims management company recently shared a post on its LinkedIn account diving into the core beliefs of the Aspray brand.

In the words of Aspray, “some things never change”, and though the management franchise has “targets and ambitions for 2022”, its “core beliefs remain the same”. Aspray shared a short clip featuring Roy Bowen of Wakefield Aspray to emphasise this point, feeling that it was “a great video to kick off the New Year with”.

In the midst of discussing the franchise’s recent marketing campaigns, Roy said, “When I started with Aspray, James said to me: When we handle these claims, we treat each policyholder as if they’re a member of our own family. And that’s what I still do today. That has not changed in the Aspray concept, that practice has not changed.”
