TaxAssist Accountants' support centre has achieved 5-Star Employer status for the third year running.
The bookkeeping and accounting franchise won the award after receiving above-average results in an anonymous Support Centre Staff survey by the independent research agency WorkBuzz. Compared to other businesses of a similar size, TaxAssist Accountants continues to perform extremely well in the assessment and has now been named a 5-Star Employer for three years running.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, staff in the Support Centre have been able to continue providing a high-quality service across the franchise network and find value in their work.

According to the survey, 98 percent of staff are proud to be involved with TaxAssist Accountants, and 96 percent would recommend its Support Centre as a place to work. The 5-Star Employer award should reassure franchisees they’re supported by a “happy and engaged workforce”.
