TaxAssist Accountants' support centre has achieved 5-Star Employer status for the third year running.
The bookkeeping and accounting franchise won the award after receiving above-average results in an anonymous Support Centre Staff survey by the independent research agency WorkBuzz. Compared to other businesses of a similar size, TaxAssist Accountants continues to perform extremely well in the assessment and has now been named a 5-Star Employer for three years running.
Steven Frost, CEO of WorkBuzz, said:
“For several years, we’ve been helping leading organisations gather feedback from their employees, to improve employee engagement and reduce staff turnover. Through the WorkBuzz 5-Star Employer awards, we will now be able to recognise employers who are truly leading employee engagement to improve the working lives of their people.”
During the Covid-19 pandemic, staff in the Support Centre have been able to continue providing a high-quality service across the franchise network and find value in their work.
Karl Sandall, Group Chief Executive Director, said:
“The 60 members of staff at the Support Centre have seamlessly adapted to working from home and have done a fantastic job during the pandemic, pulling out all the stops to maintain truly exceptional levels of support to our network of accountants and their clients. I really cannot praise them highly enough.”
“In what has been the most unprecedented of years, we are incredibly proud that TaxAssist Accountants has once again received this award. We always value feedback, and the results from this survey will help us to understand what matters most to our staff, so we can respond to their needs.”
According to the survey, 98 percent of staff are proud to be involved with TaxAssist Accountants, and 96 percent would recommend its Support Centre as a place to work. The 5-Star Employer award should reassure franchisees they’re supported by a “happy and engaged workforce”.
