Just because Blossom Home Care went all out to deliver impeccable services to the elderly during the recent holiday season doesn’t mean it’s time to rest. With so many new clients needing home care services, the company has several new franchisees opening businesses across the UK. To make sure everything ran smoothly, an onboarding training event took place in the middle of January.
This important induction event explained to new franchisees how to create an action plan, market materials, review office progress, and so much more. There was even a session on client health and well-being, first aid, and dealing with mental health. It was only a hint of the type of support they would receive while running their businesses under the Blossom Home Care name.
Here’s what Fiona Louise, the Blossom Home Care Worcester attendee, had to say about the onboarding event:
“We have enjoyed meeting and talking to other franchisees on the same journey as us. It’s nice to get to know them and share our journey and ideas. Thank you for all your time on the training, which has been knowledgeable and very helpful in looking at things in more depth. You have helped us a lot through this process, and we do really appreciate it. You gave us the knowledge we were unsure of, as well as the confidence to do my CQC registration. Thank you!”
You can also play a phenomenal role in your UK community by caring for the elderly. The above is only a fraction of the support and training you’ll receive while making sure your clients are cared for in your area. Don’t be afraid to step up and achieve success as a Blossom Home Care franchisee with a new business today!
