Like many small business owners, founder Mark Nesbitt knew the process of bookkeeping and dealing with the day to day general small business finances wasn’t exactly exciting or necessarily the main priority for everyone. The average bookkeeper and accountant weren’t really providing a pleasant experience for their clients. Mark was fortunate in that prior to running his own vacation business he was actually a qualified accountant and through running his own show the negative side of dealing with the day to day accounts was highlighted. So Mark set about changing the way small business accounts were handled and the way clients were treated and Love Accountancy resonated with everyone he met, the rest is history!.
