New Udderlicious franchisee sets a date for his big launch!

After taking the time to find the perfect spot for a new store, they’re very happy to welcome the first Udderlicious franchisee!

This is an amazing achievement, as the Udderlicious franchise only launched at the start of 2025, so for it to be expanding already is a sure sign that this is a brand that grabs people’s attention – not just customers, but aspiring business owners, too!

Introducing Kadmi von Springer, who’s going to bring his very own little scoop of joy to Camden in August, 2025

Kadmi’s journey is certainly an interesting one, and anything but ordinary. His journey started a long way from ice cream, as a professional basketball player in Israel! He then changed gears into the world of finance. He holds an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management, and spent over 20 years in leading global strategy and finance roles, most recently as VP of Finance & Strategy at Brown-Forman (Jack Daniel’s whisky). His incredible career has taken him all around the world, from Tel Aviv to Atlanta, Prague, and London.

A truly extraordinary life, but he always dreamt of building something all his own. He’s now turning that dream into reality with the Udderlicious franchise. Passionate about great ice cream and even better customer experiences, Kadmi is excited to bring some of the brand’s handcrafted magic to one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods.
