HR Solutions' history
HR Solutions was established in 2001 by Carol Ann Guilford, Director of Consultancy, where soon after, a project with ITV firmly established HR Solutions as a go-to name in outsourced HR consultancy. A dedicated team of HR advisors and consultants provide HR support to over 300 small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK.
In 2014 Carol appointed Greg Guilford as Chief Executive Officer. Greg was formerly the HR Operations Director since 2008. With a focus on systems Greg has transformed the running of HR Solutions and created a streamlined outsourced HR consultancy that’s ready for business in the modern world.
In 2018 HR Solutions has seen continued success by welcoming aboard a new HR Administrator, two new HR Advisors and a new Payroll Manager.
