After getting to know their individual needs, they match them with Personal Assistants who can meet them. Then it’s over to the service user; they get to make their own informed decisions, choosing quality and consistency in their care.

As such, they have developed a 12-month training and development roadmap, so no franchisee ever feels they are going it alone.
As providers of care, the well-being of their franchisees is of utmost importance to the Hub. This is why each franchisee has the opportunity to take up monthly support sessions, reviewing not only how the business is performing, but how they are progressing personally too.
As founders of QCAS, (Quality Care Assurance Scheme) Hub Care Support are experts when it comes to developing training. All training is tailored to the franchisee’s individual learning style, incorporating a wide range of learning tools and formats and self-directed study.
The ideal Hub Care Support franchisee

A Hub franchisee will have varied and fulfilling working days. From getting to know their clients and Personal Assistants, to getting out in the community to forge strong and lasting relationships with community assets like Care Homes and charities.
As this is a home based business there is a lower investment in terms of set-up, with the total initial investment being £50,000 (this includes VAT, franchise fee, home office set up and working capital.) The minimum investment would ideally be 50%, so £25,000 of your own liquid capital but there are ways of fully funding this investment depending upon individual circumstances so do talk to us further.
