For a start there is in-depth business planning and introductions to financial institutions should you need them. We assist with the recruitment of key people into your team while helping you implement Human Resource policies and procedures to international standards. We conduct, on your behalf, detailed territory mapping and analysis to ensure that you can maximise the potential of your franchise area from the outset. Our marketing training covers the entire marketing mix and digital marketing strategy including the development of a marketing plan tailored to you, your franchise, and your location.
We don’t operate on a one size fits all premise. You are an individual, with bespoke needs and wants so we make sure our 10 day induction training course meets your needs and covers everything that you will need to start out on your journey. You will even have your own Franchise Support Manager on hand for questions and advice at every stage.

What is my investment cost?
In line with other home care franchisors, we look for a capital cost purchase figure along with the availability of working capital to fund the cash flow requirements of the business. The working capital does not include any personal income for the franchisee or bank loan payments.
To buy a Heritage Healthcare Franchise it would be £35,995 plus VAT for the entire comprehensive package with an additional working capital amount required of circa £60,000. We have an excellent relationship with financial institutions and are happy to make introductions and help with the financial aspects of your investment.
