As a master franchisee you will be expected to run your own site, have 500 or more gym members on your books and be able to prove you have a positive cash flow. You’ll also be expected to understand the culture and legal requirements of whichever country you’re operating in, and create a strong network to help promote your HITIO Gym site.

This means HITIO are looking for someone who is a real ‘people person’, as you’ll need to make connections and get customers through your doors.
