As a master franchisee you will be expected to run your own site, have 500 or more gym members on your books and be able to prove you have a positive cash flow. You’ll also be expected to understand the culture and legal requirements of whichever country you’re operating in, and create a strong network to help promote your HITIO Gym site.

This means HITIO are looking for someone who is a real ‘people person’, as you’ll need to make connections and get customers through your doors. There is plenty of training to help you get started and learn the ropes, so you don’t need to have previous experience in gym management.
