Creams is growing quickly and is looking for new franchisees
Our gelato flavoured ice cream was carefully selected to deliver the best quality ice cream. We also serve American style waffles and crepes available in different variations.
We aim to give our customers a taste of a 1950’s America, while giving them a unique environment to dine in boasting a black and purple colour scheme combined with trendy and distinctive lighting.
We strive to be the leader and consumers’ brand of choice in the gelato and coffee segment in any chosen market. Our aim is to be the gold standard in delivering the gelato and coffee experience.
We offer a wide range of sundaes, smoothies, juices, and desserts with unique recipes with indulging flavours that only our brand can deliver.
Our stores serve customers any time of the day and is suitable for all age groups.

By being one of our franchisee, you will become part of a growing UK sector. You will also be doing your part in promoting a high quality product. Mintel’s August 2013 Report revealed that gelato contains less fat and cream than traditional ice cream, making it a healthier dessert.
You will be joining a company that has already a proven track record of success.
Training and support
Once you become one of our franchisees, you will attend our various trainings and seminars that the company offers. You will receive training support and assistance before you open and during your store opening.
Training will be handled by Creams Academy and both management and staff will get an intensive 21-day training course, and receive a certificate upon completion. The support team and head office will assist you in: recruiting and training new staff, marketing, product control, and other aspects of operation.
Lastly, we will give you refresher classes which you can continue learning until you will be the master of your own business.
