Investment Opportunity
As an Area Developer, you gain greater control over your business and unlock the potential for higher income through sub-franchise development.
After having successfully run your first location for at least 6 months, in this role, you will operate much like a franchisor, overseeing the growth and success of sub-franchisees within your exclusive territory. This requires strong leadership, business acumen and franchise management skills.
The Area Developer license fee is set at £250,000, with the set-up costs for your initial location being around £350,000, depending on the location and size of your restaurant.

Your Role as an Area Developer
As an Area Developer, you will acquire exclusive rights to develop and manage the I’M HUNGRY brand within a defined territory in the UK. There is potential to expand your territory to cover the whole of the UK, depending on your performance.
Your Responsibilities
Initial Location Launch:
- Open your first single-unit franchise location within your territory.
- Operate for at least 6 months to gain hands-on experience with the business model.
Sub-Franchisee Recruitment:
- Expand by selling sub-franchise rights to local investors.
- Generate revenue through initial franchise fees and ongoing royalty payments.
Ongoing Support & Development:
- Provide training, guidance, and operational support to your sub-franchisees, helping them succeed.
- Maximise profitability by overseeing multiple locations within your territory.
