The Griolladh Menu
Griolladh’s menu centres on high-quality, indulgent grilled cheese sandwiches crafted with premium Irish ingredients, including 100% Irish dairy, bespoke sauces, and a signature sourdough recipe developed exclusively for the brand.
This core offering is complemented by organic coffee, fresh salads and a curated range of snacks, ensuring the menu remains relevant across all dayparts—from breakfast and lunchtime through to afternoon and early evening—while appealing to a broad customer base seeking both indulgence and lighter options.
The Franchise Opportunity
Founded in Dublin, Griolladh has expanded significantly in recent years and now operates 13 locations across Ireland. Seven are company owned whilst the remaining six operate successfully under a franchise model by multi unit franchisees as well as single unit operators.
Our strategy is to develop Griolladh outlets in high-priority UK locations, including major city centres, transport hubs and select non-traditional sites. In addition, there is significant potential within colleges and universities, where strong footfall and a young, convenience-driven customer base present an ideal opportunity to expand our footprint.
