Finances
Our business model is based on a few key features:
- A Franchise Fee that includes a Starter Package for each franchisee as well as a licence to operate under The Rub BBQ name
- A fixed Monthly Management Services Fee
- A Fixed Monthly Marketing Fee that is used to promote the brand nationally and in your territory.
Your major investment will be in the purchase of the Food Truck or Container and its fit out to our brand standard.
Once we have had an initial chat with you, we will share all the detailed financial models with you together with full costs.

Training and support
“You will be supported every step of your journey”
Becoming a franchisee can seem like a daunting process but we have a support structure to help you along every step of the journey. The support starts right at the beginning with an opportunity to come meet our team in action at an event before giving you all the information you will need to build a robust business plan. We can even point you in the right direction should you require funding options. In fact we fully recognise that you must have all the information you need in order to make the right decisions for you and your business.
Once a franchisee makes the commitment to join The Rub BBQ our expert training and on-going support jumps into action-we don’t just take fees and leave franchisees to it!
After joining our network a Franchisee will be trained in all our systems and processes.
All our training is 1:1 and delivered by people who actually use the systems and is fully supported by a set of Operations Manuals.
We will work with a franchisee to put in place a marketing and social media plan that gets the business successfully launched and running. We even have existing National Accounts that we have developed over the years which we can share with you.
We will even “hold your hands” through an initial launch event, and won’t let go until you are 100% ready!
And our supply chain will ensure that all the key products are delivered to you in timely manner and to the highest quality.
